**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Intelligence Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

The primary focus of this position will be to maintain and comply with the unit's Intelligence Collection Plan, ensuring the integrity of intelligence collected and processed.

You will be responsible for obtaining, evaluating, and developing information obtained from human sources, as well as reviewing and acting on Information Notes.

This role also involves reviewing visual and audio recordings, including those from the Prisoner Telephone System, and encouraging prompt intelligence-related reporting from staff.

You will need to adhere to intelligence-related procedures and guidelines, identify targets, risks, and emerging trends relevant to the Agency and offender management, and undertake qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing databases and QCS indices, developing sound operational and tactical hypotheses, generating intelligence reports, profiles, bulletins, and assessments as required, and providing verbal and written intelligence products to QCS management and stakeholders.

In addition, you will participate in meetings with QCS and external stakeholders, including the Queensland Police Service, and assist in the development and delivery of intelligence-related training.
