Compassionate Caregiver

At Homecare Australia, we are seeking experienced and compassionate care workers to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will improve the quality of life for our clients by providing exceptional in-home care services.
The role involves providing personalized assistance with daily living tasks, transportation, and personal hygiene. Building positive relationships with clients and their families is also essential.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with meal preparation, housekeeping, and other household tasks
- Helping clients maintain their independence and dignity
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the care industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid police check and working with children check (NSW) or Blue and Yellow Cards (QLD) or Yellow Card and NDIS worker screening Certificate
- A valid and in-date First Aid Certificate
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and comprehensive insurance (if transporting clients)
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate
This is a casual position requiring shift work and reliability in commuting or relocating before starting work. You must hold a First Aid Certification and a Driver Licence.
