Visual Identity Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Identity Specialist to join our dynamic team and shape the visual identity of a contemporary bathhouse and spa with a refreshing, values-driven brand.

The ideal candidate will ensure that the brand is expressed consistently, creatively, and with customer relevance at its core. Key responsibilities include upholding and evolving the visual identity across all touchpoints, developing and maintaining a brand toolkit and asset library for internal and external use, and designing assets for campaigns, social media, packaging, menus, wayfinding, and printed collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated campaigns across digital and physical channels.
  • Provide design support for new product, services, and market launches.
  • Apply UX and customer journey thinking to design outputs, ensuring every touchpoint feels intentional, intuitive, and aligned to the brand's ethos.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar role for a brand-led consumer-facing company.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and UX and customer-centric design principles.
  • Marketing tools including Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Canva, CMS platforms, Typeform, Later, and major ad platforms.
