Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Description:

The Project Coordinator will be working on a confidential project that aims to transform the way we deploy and deliver products to our customers.

This role reports to the Director ESG and is responsible for coordinating all knowledge sharing commitments, undertaking milestone and report writing commitments, and working with the Project Manager to coordinate ongoing project management reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate all project and change requests ensuring they meet quality, safety, and environmental objectives.
  2. Ensure project administration is up to date and in line with defined standards.
  3. Assist with scheduling team and stakeholder sessions.
  4. Support the Director ESG and Project Manager with status reporting across multiple streams of activities.
  5. Monitor risks and escalate issues as necessary.
  6. Keep WIP meeting minutes and capture key decisions.
