Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to promote the company's premium offerings and project progress.
  • Create engaging content, including articles, intranet posts, newsletters, presentations, and Q&As, that effectively communicates project information to stakeholders.
  • Design and distribute multi-faceted content that resonates with diverse staff members and integrates seamlessly with the organization's overall goals.
  • Schedule and facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensuring effective communication between project managers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to educate and communicate project plans, outcomes, and results to various business units.
  • Contribute significantly to boosting employee engagement through collaborative efforts with other departments.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to take instruction and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in coordinating and managing projects and events is highly desirable.
  • Aptitude for basic graphic design and layout work for web, video, newsletters, and other visual media is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to multitask, work autonomously, and prioritize effectively amidst competing demands on time.
