Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

We offer a unique opportunity for a dynamic health professional to join our team of experienced rehabilitation consultants in delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation.

The role involves using clinical knowledge and allied health background to assist injured workers in recovering at work and achieving independence in their daily lives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering initial needs assessments and workplace assessments.
  • Providing advice on job modifications and rehabilitation counseling/vocational assessments.
  • Conducting ADL assessments, medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Full registration with a relevant professional body.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
  • A self-starting attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
