Workplace Injury Prevention Specialist

Konekt seeks a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to deliver injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.
- Evaluate treatment needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses.
- Assist individuals in returning to meaningful occupations through customized plans.
- Help clients identify future employment options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
- Perform various assessments depending on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations and worksite assessments.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing cases, planning, coordinating, and monitoring client progress toward return-to-work goals.
