About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Uniting, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

As a clinical leader, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating resident care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.

You will work closely with medical and allied health professionals, as well as residents' family members, to advocate for clients' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver resident care plans to meet individual needs
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers
  • Liaise with medical and allied health professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Advocate for residents' quality of life and well-being

Requirements
