We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Funding Officer to join our team at Arcare Aged Care. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in the management and coordination of all activities and documentation relating to AN-ACC funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate AN-ACC assessments and ensure accuracy and best practice at all times.
- Identify opportunities for AN-ACC uplift and implement strategies to maximize funding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of funding activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practice.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Strong leadership skills and exceptional communication skills.
- High level of clinical assessment skills and experience in care planning and goal setting.
- Excellent documentation practice and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
