Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate AN-ACC assessments and ensure accuracy and best practice at all times.
  • Identify opportunities for AN-ACC uplift and implement strategies to maximize funding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of funding activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practice.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration.

  • Strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
