About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Uniting, a leading provider of aged care services in Australia.

As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating resident care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents. You will work closely with medical and allied health professionals, as well as residents' family members, to advocate for clients' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement resident care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to our Personal Care Workers
  • Liaise with medical and allied health professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Advocate for clients' quality of life and support their families

Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Previous experience in aged or community care
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to lead a team
