Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Asset Maintenance Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational support to our maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and operational support to Anglo Delta FM maintenance teams to ensure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all maintenance processes, practices, and procedures are implemented and reviewed regularly to maintain a sustainable safety culture.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and improve performance across sites.
  • Have a track record in scheduling and planning complex work over multiple areas in remote settings.
  • Strong focus on effective reporting, decision-making, and leadership skills to build engaged teams.
  • Manage multiple stakeholder relationships and project deadlines with competing priorities.
  • Experience in facilities management and ability to lead, develop, and mentor Anglo Maintenance teams.
  • Trade qualification in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC is desirable.
  • Experience or qualifications in project and asset management are also desirable.
