Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with our Change Management Framework, addressing the people side of transformations.
  • Guide senior leaders and executives in their critical role as change management sponsors and support people leaders as they help their teams through change.
  • Create and support change agent networks, fostering a culture of agility and innovation.
  • Drive active stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, implementing data-driven approaches to track value and success.
  • Embody continuous improvement, feeding into the continuous improvement of change management practices at Elabor8 Pty.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leading change in agile environments.
  • Experience with and knowledge of traditional and modern change management practices, methodologies, and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and strategic planning.
  • A systems thinking and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing large change initiatives in complex environments.
  • Deep understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Flexibility to manage both large-scale organizational transformation changes and the implementation of smaller change initiatives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills.
