About the Role

CBRE is seeking a skilled Workplace Change Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Workplace Consulting team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement inspiring change strategies that align with client goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their vision and needs.
  • Design and lead engaging change events, activities, and communications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
About You
  • Proven experience in Change Management, with a focus on Workplace Change.
  • We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, including commercial property, design, and communications.
  • Strong team player with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Adept Project Manager with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • High emotional intelligence, with a focus on people and change.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to dive in and roll up your sleeves.
