AI Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of innovative AI-driven solutions tailored for the Japanese market.

The ideal candidate will have a deep sense of curiosity and confidence to explore complex domains, excel at research and analysis, thrive in collaborative environments, and be open to feedback and continuous improvement.

  • Lead the development and enhancement of AI-powered product features with a focus on large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform and optimize AI-driven product functionalities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and refine cutting-edge AI solutions.
  • Draft, test, and iterate prompts and user interactions for AI tools to ensure high-quality user experiences tailored for the Japanese market.
  • Evaluate and assess product performance ensuring solutions meet user needs and deliver comprehensive results.
  • Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback incorporating them into the product development process.
  • Stay current with emerging AI trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, technology, AI, or related fields.
  • Full professional proficiency in Japanese written and spoken; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong research and analytical skills including experience with search languages e.g. Boolean and data analysis.
  • Experience with large language models prompt engineering or developing AI-powered products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
