About the Company

Curtis Partnership is working with a leading Print & Packaging company in Sydney to find an experienced Sales Admin Assistant to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing purchase orders, managing production orders, and coordinating logistics. They will also address client inquiries via phone and email, manage stock and backorders, and collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement system improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase orders and consignment stock transfers using SAP and in-house IT systems.
  • Address client inquiries via phone and email, including courier tracking and follow-up.
  • Manage production orders and related processes.
  • Support daily operations of the Aluminium team, including order processing, supplier communication, and tracking of stock and backorders.
  • Coordinate logistics, including importation, customs clearance, and export documentation for shipments to New Zealand and Indonesia.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement system improvements in SAP and in-house IT systems.
Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary range of $70-75K + free car parking.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in FMCG/Consumer Goods.
  • Strong customer service and account management skills.
  • Skilled at multitasking, prioritising, and effective time management.
  • Positive and proactive problem-solver.
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and management.
  • Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail.

A strong understanding of ERP software (e.g., SAP) would be an advantage.
