About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to join our team at MRI Software. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and driving sales growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
  • Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to drive revenue.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Results-Oriented: Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of account management experience in the software industry or similar.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is essential.
  • Experience with MRI CRM Software & Website solution or similar real estate SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in account management, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with sales CRM (Salesforce and Hubspot) is essential.
