Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator to join our team at Intro Recruitment Solutions. This role is integral to our operations, providing essential support in financial management and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, manage accounts receivable and payable, maintain the general ledger, and oversee cash flow management.
  • Annual Reporting: Handle preparation and submission of annual declarations, including TPAR, Work Cover, Qleave, QBCC, and insurance documentation.
  • BAS & IAS Management: Responsible for the preparation and lodgement of Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements.
  • Payroll Processing: Manage Single Touch Payroll and ensure compliance with current employment awards and regulations.
  • Superannuation Management: Oversee employee record keeping and ensure confidentiality in all matters.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare client documentation from contract initiation to job completion, ensuring all administrative tasks are executed efficiently.
  • General Administrative Duties: Provide support as a personal assistant to the management team, undertaking various administrative tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in bookkeeping, with a Certificate IV or higher.
  • Proficiency in Xero Software, with at least 5 years of practical experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Receivable processes.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the Building Construction industry is a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Marketing experience is advantageous.
