Job Title:

Culinary Experience Leader

As a Culinary Experience Leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

  • Deliver daily culinary offerings for in-room dining and executive club lounge service.
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team; mentor junior chefs.
  • Maintain high standards of organization, attention to detail and culinary excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in leading, training and developing teams.
  • A true love and passion for food and creating genuine memorable guest experiences.
  • Full availability over a 7 day roster.
  • Full working rights, available for an immediate start.
