As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic planning and performance reporting to inform decision-making across the organization. This role is central to translating research and environmental scanning into actionable insights that shape strategic direction and inform decisions for senior leaders.

This position requires a skilled professional with expertise in strategy development and performance reporting. You will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and monitoring of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that respond to shifting environments and emerging opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategy frameworks and delivery plans that support decision-making at the executive level.
  • Translating research and environmental scanning into actionable insights that shape strategic direction and inform decisions for senior leaders.
  • Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to support reporting, engagement, and collaboration with senior stakeholders to solve complex business problems.
  • Facilitating strategic planning processes and supporting business units in aligning with our long-term strategy.
