Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Client Relationship Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our valued customers, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and business acumen to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with customers to optimize service delivery and encourage new business opportunities
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on shipment requirements and documentation procedures
  • Process customer requests and generate shipping documentation within our internal database
  • Lead and mentor Customer Service agents, ensuring compliance with day-to-day activities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer-centric initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of aviation networks (desired)
  • Proficiency in PC and system applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
