Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

Project Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for providing coordination and administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of complex construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project controls and delivery methodologies, with experience in managing large-scale commercial projects from concept to completion. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coordination and administrative support to project managers and team members
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules
  • Coordinate and manage project documentation and records
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project team members
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • proven experience in delivering commercial projects within the Australian market
  • experience across key project phases, including delivery, building services, commissioning
  • strong understanding of project controls and delivery methodologies
  • confident in managing large-scale commercial projects from concept to completion
  • collaborative leadership style with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
