Our team is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Specialist to support the planning, execution and delivery of strategic projects. This role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules and budgets, and facilitating stakeholder engagement to ensure timely and successful outcomes.

About the Role
  • Support project managers with coordination of project activities, documentation and reporting.
  • Assist in the implementation of agile delivery practices including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues as needed.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, briefings and engagement activities.
  • Support procurement processes and financial tracking.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project coordination or a similar support role. They will also have exposure to complex programs, strong organizational and communication skills, and working knowledge of project management and agile methodologies.
