Rehabilitation Physiotherapist Position

The position of Rehabilitation Physiotherapist is available within a multidisciplinary team providing rehabilitation services across various settings, including community, acute wards, and Outreach locations.

This individual will be responsible for delivering goal-based, person-centred rehabilitation via clinic-based, home-based, and virtual service modalities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing goal-based, person-centred rehabilitation using clinic-based, home-based, and virtual service modalities.
  • Delivering rehabilitation across a range of settings, including the community, acute wards, and Outreach locations as part of the Acute Rehabilitation Team (Inreach).
  • Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services.
  • Continually developing specialist rehabilitation skills and knowledge under the guidance of a Level 4 Physiotherapist.

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA.
  • Possession of knowledge, skills, and clinical experience to provide patient-centred, evidence-based physiotherapy services.
  • Ability to analyse problems, set priorities, and apply a range of options to develop solutions using available resources.
