Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation Specialist

About the Role:

Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to support individuals in regaining independence and returning to work.

  • Provide tailored rehabilitation services in community and workplace settings, addressing diverse client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, insurers, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, ADL evaluations, home and workplace assessments, and return-to-work planning.
  • Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans that prioritize whole-person health and recovery.
  • Utilize clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to identify realistic recovery milestones and return-to-work pathways.
  • Communicate case updates and recommendations to stakeholders to achieve best possible outcomes.
  • Contribute to service innovation and quality improvement initiatives.
