Job Title: Rehabilitation Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about rehabilitation and providing high-quality occupational therapy services.

The successful candidate will be innovative, a self-starter and flexible in their approach to meeting the challenges of a busy service. They will need to be able to work autonomously as well as in an interdisciplinary team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry a mixed caseload.
  • Contribute to a client-centred and goal-directed approach.
  • Be innovative, a self-starter and flexible in approach to meeting challenges in a busy service.
  • Provide mentorship and support to less experienced staff within the Occupational Therapy team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent with registration.
  • Demonstrated high level of written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingness to participate in continuous quality improvement.
