Job Title: Rehabilitation Therapist

This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced rehabilitation therapist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team.

As a rehabilitation therapist, you will be responsible for providing pulmonary and heart failure rehabilitation to patients at various sites across the district.

You will work alongside senior therapists and the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement evidence-based rehabilitation for groups and individual patients living in the community with chronic disease.

The successful candidate will have qualifications recognised for registration with the relevant professional board, postgraduate clinical experience, and community health experience.

They will also have demonstrated computer literacy, ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work within scope of practice.
