Unlocking Digital Potential

At Adobe, we're on a mission to empower businesses to thrive in the digital age. As our Principal Solution Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our pre-sales activities in APAC and ANZ, working closely with top brands and strategic customers to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

About the Role

You'll lead the development of new business opportunities, engaging with our team of solution architects to provide technical leadership and education to our customers. Your ability to craft compelling services and solution propositions will be key to uncovering new opportunities and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive key strategic opportunities with our top customers in partnership with sales and delivery teams.
  • Partner with account teams, delivery teams, product engineering, and professional services sales executives to deliver business growth and customer success.
  • Work closely with customer architects, business, and technical stakeholders to build trust and establish credibility.
  • Plan and lead workshops to uncover needs, identify customer business objectives, and challenges to be solved.
  • Lead in creating and presenting holistic services responses and proposals, including services scope, staffing, and roadmaps to deliver against customer objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience working in a top-tier consulting or technology organization.
  • In-depth understanding of digital platform implementations, including CMS, Customer Data Platforms, Analytics, Personalization, Ecommerce, Digital Asset Management, and Mobile strategies.
  • Balance of business and technology skills, with the ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and tie solutions to program success criteria.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to produce clear observations, analysis, and conclusions based on customer interviews and data.
  • Team player who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders to arrive at the best solution.
