Events Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the delivery of major events and contract management services. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing economic and tourism outcomes for Rockingham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement event strategies to drive economic growth and tourism development.
- Manage contracts with corporate entities and commercial partners to secure funding and sponsorship opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and negotiation.
Requirements:
- Sound experience in event development, management, and evaluation.
- Well-developed skills in contract management, including tender processes, submission assessment, and procurement protocols.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills, including advanced negotiation.
- Sound knowledge in writing sponsorship proposals and report writing.
Benefits:
- A gross annual salary range of $99,138 - $106,623 per annum.
- 12% superannuation with the opportunity to co-contribute up to a matching 5%.
- A variety of health and wellbeing programmes, including physical health reimbursement subsidy payment of up to $200 per annum.
- Flexible working arrangements, including rostered days off and two additional paid days of absence per year.
