Job Opportunity: Surgical Vision SpecialistAt Johnson & Johnson, we believe in improving health outcomes through innovation and partnership.Our company's strength in healthcare innovation empowers us to build a world where complex diseases are prevented, treated, and cured.We have an opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to join our team as a Surgical Vision Specialist in Brisbane.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business opportunities with Ophthalmologists across the territory to meet sales targets and increase market share.
  • Act as a consultant and trusted cataract partner, providing clinical support during procedures and in-service training and education to new users with the proper use of surgical products and equipment.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partner with Marketing, Professional Education etc. to progress commercial and KOL plans with target customers.
  • Handle customer queries and manage customer issues/complaints as it arises, and monitor competitor activity and market trends, recommending solutions and implementing corrective actions as required.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification within Business/Medical/Health Sciences or related fields, and minimum 3+ years medical device or hospital pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Keen interest in Ophthalmology; demonstrated track record of strong commercial achievements and desire to grow business and market share.
  • Commercial acumen, and positive can-do attitude to achieving results.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to influence different stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team with strong organisation skills.
