We are seeking a skilled Optical Dispenser to lead our practice in Kew. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving excellence and finding ways to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage daily operations and drive excellence in all areas of the practice.
  • To oversee the team's performance and ensure they operate with efficiency, confidence and competence.
  • To identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and quality.
  • To work closely with the team to deliver exceptional patient care and service.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve the practice.

Requirements:

  • A recognised qualification in Optics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the optical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
