Our organisation seeks a results-driven leader to oversee the daily operations of our retail arm.

This challenging role requires exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to coach and motivate staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

We are looking for someone who can work closely with our Optometrists to drive sales growth and maintain high standards of customer service.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing optical and retail teams, as well as proficiency in working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labour laws.

  • Required optical and retail managerial level work experience.
  • Able to demonstrate experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labour laws.
  • Mandarin / Cantonese language skills preferred.
  • Tuesday to Saturday availability is preferred.
