Assistant Store Manager Role

  • Support the store's operational teams, ensuring seamless customer journeys from clinic to frame selection and dispensing.
  • Run the store on alternate weeks when the store manager is off duty.
  • Opportunities for career progression exist as new stores open across Australia and New Zealand in 2024.
  • Develop your skills through comprehensive training programs in optical dispensing and leadership.
  • BN Assistant Managers are supported by coaching and challenged by their superiors to excel.
  • Grow your practice by delivering exceptional customer experiences, resulting in repeat business and referrals.
  • Utilize local marketing tools to connect with your community and expand your customer base.

Requirements:
