Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

As a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining long-term forecasts, preparing budgeted cash flow and balance sheets, and assisting with the preparation of annual financial statements. The ideal candidate will possess a Chartered Accountant or relevant financial degree, demonstrate high attention to detail, and exhibit excellent understanding of Accounting Standards.

• Maintain comprehensive forecasting models, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow projections.
• Prepare and submit monthly consolidated balance sheets, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering open communication and trust.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Xlookup, SUMIFs, INDEX, MATCH, pivots, and Power BI, to drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant or relevant financial degree
• High attention to detail
• Excellent understanding of Accounting Standards
• Experience with Financial statement preparation
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deal with multi-level relationships
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel formulas and Power BI
