Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial planning and analysis support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data
- Analyze complex financial data to inform business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for cost savings and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and meet organizational goals
- Design and implement effective reporting and dashboard solutions to facilitate data-driven decision making
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a professional services environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to extract insights from large datasets
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in advanced functions and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with financial management systems and experience with TM1/IBM Planning Analytics or similar PMS is advantageous
