Financial Planning & Analysis Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis specialist to join our finance team. This role is part of the Treasury and FP&A division.

The primary focus of this position is managing all day-to-day banking and treasury requirements. You will be responsible for creating budgets and forecasts, reviewing and implementing price structures, conducting monthly gross profit analysis (pricing, volume, and mix analysis), weekly and monthly reporting, and providing commercial advice to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate and review the weekly and quarterly forecasts, Annual Operating Plan, and long-term strategic plan in a timely manner with high accuracy.
  • Maintain AUS and NZ forward and swap FX contracts and hedging documentation for the purchase of imported vehicles and parts denominated in foreign currency.
  • Reconcile Finance and Insurance commissions.
  • Manage floorplan financing facilities including payout and reconciliations.
  • Handle daily banking requirements including maintenance and administration.
  • Comply with Treasury internal control requirements.
  • Address ad hoc requests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • CA/CPA qualified.
  • Demonstrated post-professional experience in a similar role.
