Lead Our Doncaster Store with Passion and Excellence

We are seeking a seasoned Retail Manager to lead our high-performing Doncaster store, bringing their expertise in visual merchandising, inventory management, and people processes to drive success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating a team of up to 10, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team of up to 10 retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, storage, and rotation to minimize waste and optimize sales.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, expenses, and stock levels to achieve business targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing timely updates to senior management.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven performances, exceeding sales targets, and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • A passion for fashion, with knowledge of current trends and styles.
