Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage global mobility assignments to ensure successful delivery of operational business objectives and personal growth outcomes.
  • Work closely with business leaders and assignees across all levels to provide guidance on matters related to global mobility.
  • Contribute to a positive employee experience by fostering a culture of inclusivity and support.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a P&C, Global Mobility or Australian Immigration role in a global or complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of relevant Australian Immigration and Tax Legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
