Role Overview:

This is a hybrid position offering flexibility to work both virtually and from our office.

The client manager plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of large clients, driving long-term growth ambitions for this segment.

Global insurance and risk management services are provided to a broad portfolio of national and top listed businesses, including major multinational organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage several corporate clients
  2. Provide an exceptional level of client service
  3. Contribute to the strategic direction of the Global business
  4. Manage daily client enquiries pertaining to their risk and insurance programs, including claims (with support from a local legally trained claims team)
  5. Identify development opportunities for designated portfolios and design appropriate servicing solutions
  6. Achieve revenue for retention and growth on existing and new business
  7. Work with Client Service Support, Broking, Claims, and the wider network to deliver optimised outcomes for clients
  8. Provide leadership and mentorship to support staff
Requirements:
  • Proven experience and success in servicing a portfolio of clients
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with exceptional communication abilities
  • Extensive experience within the insurance market managing a portfolio of clients as a broker, underwriter, or insurance manager
  • Strong technical understanding of a range of insurance products and risk solutions
  • Experience handling large claims
  • Excellent cross-selling abilities
  • Experience dealing with global market centres, including Lloyd's
  • High-level understanding of client profitability
  • Keen entrepreneurial spirit and flair for business development
  • Exceptional and proactive client relationship management capabilities
  • Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint products
  • High degree of resilience and outcome-focused approach
