Clinical Risk Management Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Recall Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of clinical risk management systems. This key role ensures recall policies are designed to minimize harm to patients and align with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing recall policies and clinical risk frameworks.
- Oversight of national recall management system implementation across multiple sites.
- Clinical risk liaison for departments, providing expert advice on recalls and adverse events.
- Training and education of hospitals on new systems, as well as ongoing reporting and risk-informed lifecycle management.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated experience with recalls in a clinical setting.
- Intermediate knowledge of medical devices.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
