We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead the design and implementation of a Recall Policy and Clinical Risk Framework across all sites. This includes developing governance and escalation protocols to ensure seamless recall management.

About the Role:
  • This role will oversee the rollout of a centralised Recall Management System, aligning it with safety, quality, and procurement strategies.
  • The successful candidate will act as clinical risk liaison across departments, providing expert advice on recalls and adverse events.
  • This position involves supporting hospitals with training and education on the new system and managing ongoing reporting and risk-informed lifecycle management.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in leading recalls in a clinical setting is essential.
  • Intermediate knowledge of medical devices, including consumables, implants, and equipment.
  • A strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skillset to determine severity and required actions for recall-related events.
  • The ideal candidate has experience leading organisational change and system implementation within a healthcare environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills are necessary for effective collaboration across clinical and non-clinical domains.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills are required, with the ability to communicate effectively under pressure.
