Clinical Risk Manager

The Recall Coordinator will lead the implementation of a recall policy and clinical risk framework, including governance and escalation protocols. They will oversee the rollout of a centralised recall management system across all sites, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and procurement strategies.
This role requires the candidate to act as a clinical risk liaison across departments, providing expert advice on recalls and adverse events. Responsibilities include training and education on the new system, managing ongoing reporting and risk-informed lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience with recalls in a clinical setting
- Intermediate knowledge of medical devices (consumables, implants, equipment)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills to determine severity and required actions for recall-related events
- Experience leading organisational change and system implementation within a healthcare environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across clinical and non-clinical domains
- Organised, driven, and solution-oriented, with the ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Relevant professional certifications
