Job Summary

The HSEQ Manager is responsible for reducing workplace accidents and fostering a culture of safety awareness. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to bring people together, and a genuine concern for others' well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed records of HSEQ incidents and oversee training databases to ensure compliance with safe procedures.
  • Advocate for safety by assisting with return-to-work programs, providing first aid support, and liaising with regulatory bodies.
  • Lead regular audits, maintain records, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide guidance on HSEQ responsibilities through inductions and consistent training, fostering a culture of safety awareness.
  • Coordinate initiatives to support mental health and offer training on critical topics such as First Aid and fire safety.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as job dictionaries, safety boards, and medical records.

About You

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety and have a background in safety roles, possibly in manufacturing, logistics, or construction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.
