Job Overview:

We are seeking a diligent Safety and Property Compliance Specialist to ensure the security and property compliance of our properties.

  • Develop and refine protocols and processes to guarantee our properties meet all safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage safety operations, monitor alarms, conduct risk assessments, and respond to incidents as part of the emergency response team.
  • Establish and track performance metrics and audits, and improve outcomes through action plans and collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement compliance programs, updating policies and procedures related to safety and property compliance.
  • Conduct audits and assessments evaluating the effectiveness of security measures and property compliance practices, issuing reports and recommendations on outcomes.
  • Stay current with laws, regulations, and industry standards related to safety and property management.
  • Related project management experience is desirable.
  • Demonstrate the ability to train others in policy implementation and best practices.
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a similar role is required.
