As a Lead Housekeeping Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness and brand excellence are maintained in our hotel.

- Coordinate daily room assignments and team responsibilities to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular room inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Train and develop housekeeping team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback, resolving any issues with a proactive and guest-centric mindset.
- Previous experience as a lead or supervisor in a hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment and work flexibly across different shifts.
