Donor Relationship Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage donor relationships and contribute to our fundraising efforts.

  • Build and maintain relationships with donors to secure contributions, donations, and partnerships.
  • Update constituent records and follow up on required updates to ensure accurate information.
  • Maintain and update records in the Salesforce database by inputting accurate data.
  • Record donor payments, update payment methods, resolve declined donations, etc.
  • Provide customer service to donors, including resolving issues, answering questions, and sending necessary information.
  • Develop innovative ideas to enhance customer service and take it to the next level.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
  • Fundraising or marketing experience.
  • Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to implement processes efficiently.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills to coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Experience with database management software like Salesforce.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Persuasive communication skills; comfortable communicating with stakeholders via phone.

Travel Requirement:

Able to travel throughout Australia as needed.
