This is an exciting chance to become part of a dynamic team as a Social Work Team Leader, providing leadership and management to the Critical Care Team at Campbelltown Hospital.

The successful candidate will oversee the provision of a Social Work service to consumers and their carers, ensuring optimal health outcomes that are consistent with relevant policies and procedures, standards, legislation, and the NSW Health Code of Conduct.

  • Providing professional leadership and team management to Social Work staff
  • Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Managing specific projects and human resource duties

We are seeking a highly experienced Social Worker with excellent communication and negotiation skills who can demonstrate a strong commitment to social justice and equitable access to healthcare. A degree in Social Work and extensive post-graduate experience in relevant clinical areas is essential.
