Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic investment opportunities into new carbon projects to meet long-term net emissions targets.
  • Deliver commercial and technical due diligence on major investment and long-term supply opportunities in alignment with integrity frameworks.
  • Create strategies for voluntary and legislated carbon market requirements, including Safeguard Mechanism, CORSIA, and customer-facing programs.
  • Analyse carbon market trends, supply and demand dynamics, pricing, and policy developments to inform decision-making.
Key Requirements
  • Extensive experience in investment, strategy or analytical roles – ideally in carbon markets, strategy consulting, venture capital, corporate finance, funds management, renewable energy, utilities, or infrastructure advisory.
  • Strong commercial acumen, financial analysis, and investment evaluation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of carbon markets, carbon projects and credits, and their regulatory environment.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical and market concepts to senior stakeholders.
