The Risk and Controls Chapter in the Group Risk Platform is seeking a dynamic and innovative Risk Specialist to join our team. As a Risk Specialist, you will play a key part in shaping how we manage risk at Woolworths.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide contemporary and commercial risk advisory support;
  • Reimagine how we do third party risk; or
  • Provide leaders with a single view of risk through integrated risk technology solutions.

What You'll Bring

  • A strong understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices;
  • Ability to critically analyse data, identify trends, and propose solutions to address risk challenges;
  • A creative and solutions-oriented approach to developing innovative solutions and improving existing practices;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex risk information for both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Strong relationship-building skills to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
