The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated student to join our Trust Team as an IT Support Intern. This role will be based in Sydney with flexibility to work full-time during university holidays and 3 days a week during semesters.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Trust Lead and assist in managing hardware and other BAU tasks at our Sydney HQ.

  • Develop skills in IT and adjacent areas using innovative cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Work collaboratively across a global team, focusing on our Trust Team members in Sydney & Manila.
  • Support our Eucalypts by managing hardware and leading technology onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct stock takes and audits of assets, ensuring accurate records and documentation.
  • Provide assistance with IT support requests, particularly those related to hardware management.
About You

We're looking for a current university student studying a degree related to Information Technology.

  • Previous experience in an IT internship/role is desired but not necessary.
  • A keen interest in learning both technical IT and non-technical skills through a fast-paced tech-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a diligent manner.
