About the Role:
  • Manage project lifecycles end-to-end, overseeing all phases from planning to implementation.

  • Develop and maintain functional requirements documents, outlining associated business processes.
  • Analyze business systems, identifying ongoing support needs and recommending improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project management: Oversee entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  2. Technical analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of technical requirements, defining business logic and data mapping strategies.
  3. Documenting functional requirements: Develop and maintain comprehensive functional requirements documents, outlining business processes and workflows.
  4. Business system analysis: Analyze existing business systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending process enhancements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in solution development and implementation.
  • Prior experience in client and stakeholder management.
  • Extensive knowledge of data integration, data transformation concepts, and mapping data requirements across different applications.
  • Strong verbal and numerical communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, including implementation, change management, or administration.
  • Knowledge of project lifecycle management.
Working Arrangements:

The successful candidate will be required to work 5 days a week in the office during the initial induction period, followed by a standard arrangement of 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. This is a full-time permanent role with a salary range of $130,000 to $140,000 + super.
